I had prepared this brownie 3 years ago for the first time and then maybe 3-4 times later. This recipe was inspired from the net. During this pandemic, I had some chocolate spread left over and decided to prepare this brownie. They are so simple to prepare and requires lesser efforts, also they taste awesome

Over the years , I have used different chocolate spreads and Hershey’s Almond Cocoa spread still remains my favourite. This is by no means promotional post as I have experienced certain brands quality going downhill over period of time, but yes , I had always prepared these brownies with Hershey’s hence I recommended it as I found the brownies drool worthy
Chocolate spread has chocolate, fat, sugar and salt hence it replaces all the other ingredients that is required to prepare brownies and makes it quite simple, you cannot go wrong with this recipe

**I haven’t tried egg replacement but you can add 1/2 cup unsour whisked curd and check

Ingredients
- 240 g Hershey’s/ Nutella/ Any Chocolate spread
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup+2 tbsp All purpose flour
Steps to prepare
- Preheat oven to 170 deg cel and line 6 inch square tin with parchment paper
- In a bowl, whisk eggs well. Add chocolate spread and flour.
- Mix until well combined
- Pour batter into prepared pan and level evenly
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until done. Cool in the tray for 15 minutes
- Ease the brownies from the tray and cool completely
- Slice and serve with chocolate syrup or ice-cream. Store leftovers in air tight container and consume within 3 days
