These are simple to make , delightful in taste and requires fewer ingredients. It’s one Ladoo which will indulge the child within you. Adding sugar is optional but since dark chocolate is less sweet as compared to other chocolates, Sugar adds in the right amount of sweetness. You can make this ladoo with milk chocolates too , if using white or milk compounds, you can skip sugar as these are already very sweet

In the past , I had made these ladoos with buckwheat flour , when I decided to make these ladoos with whole wheat flour. Unlike gluten free flour, wheat ladoos are easier to shape. Besides due to the pandemic, I wasn’t having any access to gluten free flours so made these delightful ladoos with the wheat flour

When my kid was asking for laddos during the lockdown, I decided to combine the wheat flour with dark chocolate and the combination was too awesome for words, my family finished it within 10 minutes of the making and asked for more. Oh yes, you should try this atleast once and I am sure you would make this again 🙂
